M.L. Williams

M.L. Williams is an award-winning ex-journalist. He worked for newspapers and magazines in Carroll, Iowa; Clinton, Iowa; Rochester, MN; and Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Williams retired after battling deadlines to write stories inspired by his imagination. Williams lives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He spends his time reading, writing, wandering around the yard acting like he knows what he’s doing and enjoying his role as Grandpa. His work includes the following. *His newest novel, a historical fiction/fantasy: A Most Promising Planet * A two-book, space opera set: Seers of Verde: The Legend Fulfilled, Book One; and Return of the Earthers: Seers of Verde, Book Two; *A nonfiction nostalgic/humorous collection of short stories -- Cornfield Chronicles: Featuring Snowball, Pony From Hell; and * An essay collection: Memoirs of a Meandering Mind.
